JAMES HALLIK COACHING CAREER
For new players with questions about this program and its Coaching Staff here is a little information that will hopefully help. Coach James Hallik has been a head coach in Parsippany for the past 15 years, with the last 8 as a High School Head Coach. Coach has helped the development of many players throughout the years to go on to play in college and even the minor leagues. His teams have played for a championship in 8 of the last 11 years as a head coach. His philosophy of the hardest working play each day has helped lead to the success of having 182 wins in the last 11 seasons. Coach Jon Coniglio was a standout catcher for PHS and went on to have a successful career with FDU in college. He is currently the pitching coach, and has developed many pitchers and catchers to successful seasons in legion ball, with only 1 starter having a losing record in 4 years. Coach Conigs develops mechanics, velocity, pitch selection, and the ability to understand the game on the mound. He is a excellent development of talent.
